- Cancellations: Request within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Shipping: Processed in 3–5 business days.
- International delivery:
- Normally around 2 weeks but we do not have control over customs.
- Note: Customers are responsible for customs fees if any and we cannot predict these.
Returns & Quality Guarantee
- We stand by our products. If there is an issue, we will make things right, do refer to each product details.
- If there is a print error, we will replace or refund it - just email clear photos of the issue to hi@bemusedcreative.com within 30 days.
- However, please note that for our made-to-order: There is no general returns or exchanges due to sizing as it is clearly indicated on our sites.
